Great Drives of WA

These are some of the most interesting and scenic drives of Western Australia.

Not all are 4WD tracks. Not all are dirt roads. They tend to be shorter – for instance you won’t see the Canning Stock Route or the Gibb River Road in this list. You will you see tracks/roads that are easily accessible and worth the drive.

This list is different from the dribble and sales crap written by car hire companies, vehicle insurance companies, influencers, no-nothing posters on Trip Advisor or other equally inexperienced people who have never been there or just copy content fom other peoples’ websites.

The Drives listed here have actually been driven, assessed by someone who has been bush for a few years and is not guided by trying to sell something. They are, however, time sensitive.

If you have a Road Trip that would fit the description of one of the Great Drives of Western Australia, please make the effort to get in touch and share your thoughts.

The list will be continually updated, added to and refreshed.
