600 kilometres down the Murray River in South Australia from Renmark to Goolwa and then up The Coorong.

After the Dinghy Derby 10 people in five boats departed Renmark on the Murray River, headed for The Coorong. They were supported by three people in three vehicles.

Then Alexandrina and Lake Albert

- Luckily, Lake Alexandrina’s waters were flat.
The Support Crew left Wellington and headed south on the Princes Highway before turning off to Narrung. They then crossed Lake Albert by ferry.

The Support Crew met the Boat Crew at Long Point, packed boats on trailers and began the long journey back to Perth.
