Nominally a Loadstar 7 x 4 Outback model trailer.

Factory mods included a longer draw bar, custom spare wheel holder, larger axle and bearings, checkerplate 3mm floor, custom wheel guards to accommodate larger wheels, up-spec jockey wheel, and stabilisers each side at rear.

Further modified ex purchase to ensure that spare wheel was supported on the draw bar and not just suspended on a threaded rod. Plastic corrugated tubing added at all locations where electrical wiring was routed through holes or lay against metal edges. An extra safety chain was added (not required by legislation but whoever modified the legislation to reduce the safety chain from two to one doesn’t understand how two chains are designed to save a trailer in case the hitch becomes dislodged)..
